Request data deletion

ChatSabi — delete some or all of your data without closing your account

You can remove specific ChatSabi data while keeping your account. Use the in-app options below, or email us to request deletion of other data tied to your account.

Delete data in the app (no account deletion)

  1. Delete a single chat: open the side drawer, tap the menu next to any conversation, and choose delete. That chat and its messages are removed from our servers immediately.
  2. Disconnect an integration: open Settings and disconnect optional email, calendar, or spreadsheet connections. New access through that connection stops immediately; stored tokens for that integration are removed.
  3. Clear local cache: sign out of ChatSabi on your device to clear locally cached chat history.

Processing time: In-app data deletion is processed immediately.

Request deletion by email

To delete other data without deleting your account — for example meeting notes, app session history, uploads, or connected-service data — email us from your registered address:

support@chatsabi.com

Include what you want deleted (e.g. "all meeting notes", "uploaded PDFs", "email integration data"). We verify your identity and complete the request within 30 days.
