Terms of Use

1. The service

ChatSabi provides an AI-powered chat experience with optional web search, web scraping, and document RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) features. Replies are generated by third-party large language models and may be inaccurate or out of date — please verify important information independently. Creating a ChatSabi account and using core search and chat features is free.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from the in-app Support & Account page or by contacting support.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or contains private information about other people without their consent.
• Attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.
• Use the service to generate content that is harassing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or instructive of self-harm or violence.
• Resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the service.

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the sole purpose of providing the service to you (e.g. extracting text from a PDF and feeding relevant chunks to the LLM).

5. AI output disclaimer

AI responses can be wrong. ChatSabi is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice. You use AI output at your own risk.

6. ChatSabi AI Inference and Technical Providers

The service uses ChatSabi AI Inference and Technical Providers for AI responses, web search, page retrieval, optional email and calendar connections, meetings, and other features. Depending on the task, nature of your request, and complexity, we use a variety of providers including Together AI, Google (AI models), Groq, Exa, Firecrawl, Tavily, Google Places, LlamaParse, LlamaCloud, TranscriptAPI.com, Recall.ai, Composio, Unipile, Unified.to, Clerk, and MongoDB. Their availability and behaviour are outside our direct control. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is shared and how it is used.

7. Optional third-party booking flows

Where the website offers optional travel or booking flows (for example flights), those transactions are fulfilled by third-party providers under their own terms and pricing. ChatSabi does not charge a subscription fee for account creation or core AI search and chat features.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatSabi is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
